I was born in March . I don't like Spring--March and April are my least favorite months.
My boss was born in late Fall. She hates the Fall.
Coincidence? Or is this a thing???
Is your birthday in your least favorite month or season? In your favorite?
I think you're onto something. My birthday is in February, and it is my least favourite month. The snow no longer looks pretty, winter has dragged on for far too long, the trees and bushes are bare, and it seems like spring will never arrive.
ReplyDeleteMy biggest complaint about February is that's it's almost March. :)
DeleteHmm. My birthday is in November, so that's technically fall. But I hate winter the most. I think January is my least favorite month, just because all the thrill of the holidays is over and it's still freezing cold and nothing much to look forward to, haha. :)

January can be pretty bleak. I guess the best part of the month is that daylight starts lasting a little later into the day. My problems with March and April are the big day-to-day temperature swings and the dampness. Both seem to set off my allergies and I feel yucky too often. I'm a fall person!
DeleteDid you just refer to your wife as your boss? Haha. I was born in December, which I love because it's also Christmas time and close to the start of a new year. I don't particularly LOVE winter and cold, I prefer warmer Spring days, but December is not my least favorite month. I hate the months where we have to change our clocks.
ReplyDeleteHaha, I do refer to her as my boss (mostly at work), but in this case I was referring to my office director.
DeleteThe clock changing didn't bother me until daylight savings was expanded--as a result I sometimes have a 23 hour birthday.
Yes, my birthday is also in one of my least favourite months - December BLAH. Don't even remind me :)
ReplyDeleteWhat's not to like about December??? So many great b-days to celebrate!!! :)
Deletehmm. I hate november because we don't get a long weekend in november. And I also hate february because it's cold here. hahaha
ReplyDeleteThose are good reasons! We have two holidays in November (including our Thanksgiving), so it's a good month for me. Food!!! :)
DeleteOf course I love my birthday month (March!)! My country doesn't have 4 seasons AND all my friends spoil me silly, :D
ReplyDeleteI do appreciate March for the fact that its your birth month! :)
DeleteI was born in June. it's my favourite month of the year and my favourite season. in between spring and summer. I'm all for in-betweens :)
ReplyDeleteOh yes, June is a great month....and now that you mention it, in-betweens can be pretty awesome too! :)
DeleteI like my birth month (September) but not too crazy about it. I don't like June/July because we usually change jobs in July therefore June/July usually mean moving time plus settling in plus getting to know new people etc.
ReplyDeleteThat is a pain! I only change jobs every 3 years or so (and even with that I only have to change my work address, a much easier move).
DeleteI mostly like September, but here's a sad aspect to it too.
I was born in July, but fall is my favorite season. I don't dislike July... but summer is just too hot. However, my favorite number happens to be the day I was born! Is that a thing, too?
